I went inside after checking the truck in so I could ask a couple questions and I stood there. Alone. By myself. With no employees to be found. Anywhere. Get the point?
The mileage doesn't add up. I noticed that for every HALF mile, it was documented as ONE mile. So a 12 mile ONE WAY trip, with moderate traffic was 36 UHAUL miles!
