Jerry and his team are exactly the type of experts you hope to have service your home. I recently purchased an old century duplex and was expecting to just have to winterize my furnaces. However, Jerry was honest in his assessment and it turned out that the supply ducts and fluliners were doing more damage to the furnace and chimney than good. His pricing was affordable and his team was prompt in their arrival, the service was exceptional and their cleanup was fantastic. Going forward I will continue to use their services and I would strongly recommend anyone else to do the same.
If I could make a zero star review I would. Called this company to have my furnace inspected and cleaned. The repair man was in the basement 5 minutes before coming up and telling me I needed a new furnace even though mine was still running. Charged me 89.99 to came in my house, take a picture and leave. I immediately called another company. The new repairman was there within the hour. Inspected and cleaned the furnace and told me it had a many more years on it. Would not use My Guys again.
Good communication with My Guys, on time estimate & arrival. Nice, good plumber & plumber's assistant. Skills good, finished on-time. Our job was tricky and they had to change course mid-stream. They recuperated quickly with new plan. Pricey, but for the job they had to do, we understand.
Excellent service! Arrived on time. Cleaned up nicely when done. I'm very satisfied! Not only that! It was a difficult job of hooking a modern, 2016 furnace, to 1956 vents. They did an excellent, very neat job, that is working perfectly, and looks great! Kudos!
Same day service on an extremely hot day. Previously had called another repair company and the earliest they could send someone out would take about a week. The service man from Fixzit Man, Cody, was very courteous, professional, and thoroughly explained what he was doing. He listened to my issue and gave me some very good advice as well as options as to what I needed to consider about my present air conditioner and furnace. He did not use any "sales pressure" techniques. I felt that I was getting the proper repair that my unit required. Very polite gentleman. I would do business with this company if necessary.
