I purchased two vehicles from Ganley, specifically from Tim Beane in new car sales, who is also the New Car Manager. I had a wonderful experience both times. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly; they were willing to spend time answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I appreciated their attention to detail and the open and honest way in which they conducted business with me. I asked for specific numbers regarding the details of the deal, all were provided without delay. I highly recommend this dealership and Tim Beane. You will not be disappointed if you decide to give them a hot at earning your business! So far, the Jeep Grand Cherokee is the favorite vehicle I have owned out of the last 5. Excellent purchase, remarkable experience!
Even tho Roger is I the service department, his co-workers sales and service could learn a thing or two from him when it comes to customer service. Good Job Roger and thanks for all your recommendations and customer service you provide. Thank you Roger keep up the good work.
2 separate ganley motors experiences, both horrid. I will never purchase another car from these crooks again. The sales guy can't even keep his lies straight, bought a caddilac and within 24 hours needs work and they knew it. The Toyota dealer lied about selling a different caddy to us, mostly because we took our own financing and they wanted a kick back it seems from their own banks. They even said we know you can get a better rate but we can get it done a lot faster ...
I bought a used car September 18. Was told there was a one month/1000 mile warranty. Turns out with I needed to use it I can't get a hold of anyone that can help. Thanks for offering a warranty I can't use... now I have to spend 800 dollars to get this fix! Will never step foot on the dealership again. Just like ever other dealership! They just want your money the say a big F***you. Good luck to anyone else!
Howard Walker was fantastic! Everyone at the dealership was. This was the 4th dealership I visited and Howard was the only one who worked hard to give me a deal that I could work with! He was honest and patient with me throughout the whole process. He truly cared about my needs and I couldn’t be happier!! I love my new Jeep! I will most certainly purchase my next car with him.
