My salesman Anthony was the BEST! Both him and Ken worked around my crazy schedule more than once to accommodate. They got me in the jeep I wanted and stayed within my budget. I went here based on the other reviews posted even though this is almost an hour from my house. They did not disappoint and well worth my drive to deal with wonderful people!
This dealership was great. They tried everything they could to get what i needed done. Even though I was not able to get a car at this point from them they worked hard with the situation I was in and they were quick about it. I worked with Brandon and he was great. He showed us great customer service and helped me figure out what i wanted in a car. They also help me with some advice and pointers on what I need to do to be able to trade my car and get the one I wanted and in a reasonable amount of time. They were very straight forward and broke it down for me to understand. I will definitely be going to them to trade my car and get one once I put there advice to work.
As a single female shopper you are skeptical about researching or going to buy a used car alone. From the first inquiry I never felt pressured. Brandon kept in contact with me but was not overwhelming. David the finance manager is awesome, he worked really hard and got my down payment and monthly payment lower than I anticipated. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating, wish I could give a 4.5 was because I wasn’t told beforehand that I wouldn’t be able to leave with my vehicle , needed some minor sprucing up so on the flip side it will be all shiny and ready for me in a couple of days, and they got me an Uber ride home.
These guys are great. They are easy to work with and professional. They are willing to actually listen to what you are looking for and try to fit you into exactly what you asked for. They have a huge inventory of good solid cars and don't mind if you take them to get inspected. Art was great to work with and personable. Thanks for your professionalism!
