Reggie, one of the sales agents, met me, took my information and suggested that a lease would be more beneficial to me than a purchase. He then introduced me to Mike, his manager, who explained to me the advantages of leasing as opposed to buying. I still was not quite convinced until MIke congratulated me on being approved for a new Kia and offered me the keys. He then asked me what color I preferred and informed me that the car was still wrapped in plastic. After signing, Mike drove up in my new car and invited me to test drive it.
They were amazing! Got a brand new Kia Soul the car I’ve wanted for years. They helped me out so much and explained everything to where I understood because I don’t know that much about cars. Jen & Dominique are amazing people to work!

It was complicated but Kia came around and made up for the inconvenience! I went from 2010 to a 2014! I was happy that they recovered so quick! I was told every detail and what I needed done. Reggie Seals taught me everything that I need to know and what to do in case something happens. It was a long wait but totally worth it! I got a payment plan that fits in my budget and a great condition used car!
