A few months back Patrick Franklin helped me get into a new car. He was quick to respond to any questions I had. He didn't push me into anything I didn't want and was very helpful. The dealership had tons of cars to choose from so finding the right one was easy. The service was excellent and the dealership had all the tools to find what I needed.
Great experience. Took a little while -- but it was worth the wait. Our salesman was Chuck, just a wonderful, highly energetic, regular person! I texted him we were on our way and he met us at the door. I came in with an Internet quote through TrueCar and there was NO hassle honoring the price! I got a great deal and really nice service. Everyone was nice from the Salesperson, service personnel, Manager and Finance officer (who did us a favor and fixed the interest rate to the one we wanted). But CHUCK was the linchpin that held it all together. Great Job Hyundai of Bedford -- we would come back again, and will recommend you to our friends.
